The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on supporting our growth in Japan , while also contributing to hiring projects across the wider APAC region. You will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent across a variety of functions, including engineering, operations, sales, customer support, and corporate teams.

Your Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to offer management and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles.

Source, attract, and engage top talent using a variety of channels and innovative sourcing techniques.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct candidate screenings and guide candidates through the interview process.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on recruitment best practices, talent market insights, and hiring trends.

Support employer branding initiatives and represent Exotec at recruitment events and networking activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.

Collaborate closely with HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues across multiple regions.
