Castle Rock Water - Engineering Manager

Castle Rock Water has an outstanding opportunity for an Engineering Manager. This position performs professional and managerial work overseeing the Water, Wastewater and Stormwater Funds.  Manages staff, ensures successful completion of capital projects, develops resource management plans, supports and manages short and long range planning and coordinates with various stakeholders. Performs duties in a manner consistent with the stated values of the organization. Serves as a member of the CRW Leadership Team, advancing CRW mission, vision, and values through collaborative leadership. Participates in organization-wide strategic planning, leadership initiatives, and cross-functional efforts to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
