Overview
Platinum Ponds & Landscape specialized in high end Water Feature and decorative pond/waterfall construction as well as Outdoor Living and Hardscaping. We are seeking a skilled Landscape Technician/Leader to join our team. The job is year around & will run from early March - end of December and we offer snow removal services during the winter months.
The ideal candidate MUST have 3+ yrs experience in landscape construction site work and a variety of hand tools, concrete saws, and must be able to operate skid steer, mini excavator, and trailers. If you have a passion for outdoor work and enhancing outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- This person will work directly with our Operations Manager & Owner to lead crew and execute project plans thoroughly with great attitude, leadership, and integrity
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute landscaping plans
- Operate power tools, compactors, concrete saws, ect.
- Must have ability to operate heavy machinery, large trucks, & pull trailers effectively and safely
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure project completion on time
- Build high end Residential & Commercial Ponds/Water Features, Patios, Fire Pits, Outdoor Kitchens, Retaining Walls, & more!
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ yrs experience in hardscape/landscape construction
- Proficiency in using concrete saws, transits, power tools, and operate heavy machinery
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Clean, Valid Michigan Drivers license and ability to drive our trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Familiarity with Patios, Retaining Walls, Tree/Plants, and general landscaping preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
