This is a FLOAT Medical Assistant position supporting 4 QualDerm clinic locations across Illinois. This role requires consistent travel between clinics and is not tied to a single office location. Candidates must be comfortable working in different clinics on a regular basis and adapting quickly to new teams and environments.

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a high-performing clinical team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly flexible, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment where travel is a core part of the role.

Key Responsibilites

Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and documenting medical history

Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are ready

Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EHR system

Support both clinical and administrative functions as needed across locations

Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices

Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
