Shipping Supervisor

Job Summary: The Shipping Supervisor is a working supervisor position. This role will oversee three shipping departments across three separate manufacturing plants including two Rockford plants and a location in Lakeview. This individual oversees daily order processing and outbound shipping. This role will serve as a leader that can deliver significant process improvements and productivity improvements, while maintaining an engaged and strong shipping team.
