Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregiver Specialist to support both our clients and caregiving team. If you enjoy helping others and are committed to providing high-quality care, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care and hygiene needs Support clients with mobility and ambulation throughout the home Perform light housekeeping and household tasks Plan and prepare nutritious meals Assist clients with shopping and errands Provide companionship and emotional support Travel within a 30-mile radius as needed Help train and mentor new caregivers Participate in on-call coverage (must be available Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM) Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of personal care and housekeeping practices Commitment to following health and safety guidelines Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to caregiving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required Ability to pass a drug screening Ability to pass a criminal background check Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record with minimal or no moving violations
