- Supporting production and material handling tasks
- Assisting with dispatch coordination as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Working closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Ensuring accuracy, quality, and care in all order handling
What We’re Looking For

- Solid warehouse background with multiple function experience (preferred)
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance record (very important)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- High attention to detail and pride in accuracy
- Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
- Professional communication and respectful attitude in the workplace
- Customer-service mindset when handling materials and orders
- Ability to work a consistent 40-hour schedule
Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Standard shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on role needs)
- Occasional Saturday work as needed, with a weekday off when scheduled
What We Offer
- Stable, full-time work with consistent hours
- Supportive team environment where your work matters
- Opportunity to grow in responsibility over time for strong performers
- Starting pay: $17/hour (based on experience)
Our Ideal Hire
The best fit for this role is someone who:
- Shows up on time, every time
- Works safely and efficiently without constant supervision
- Takes ownership of their tasks and follows through
- Works well in a team and contributes to a positive work environment
- Wants a stable long-term position, not just a short-term job
