CSL Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to support bookkeeping and operations for a commercial electrical service company.
This is a part-time, on-site position expected to average 20–25 hours per week, normally scheduled over 3–4 weekdays. The position is expected to remain below 28 hours per week.
The right person will be accurate, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a small business environment where bookkeeping, purchasing, billing, inventory, warehouse, operations and project information all connect.
Pay: $23–$26/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate information in QuickBooks
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with billing, invoices, customer records, and vendor records
- Match invoices, receipts, packing slips, purchase orders, and job documentation
- Assist with purchasing and vendor follow-up
- Help track material orders, deliveries, backorders, and job-related purchases
- Support inventory, warehouse, project and operations records
- Assist with job costing, work order documentation, and project-related bookkeeping support
- Organize digital and paper records
- Communicate with vendors, customers, office staff, warehouse staff, operations staff, and field employees
- Help identify missing information, documentation gaps, or process issues
- Occasional local travel may be needed to support office activities (post office, bank, etc)
- Occasional support in warehouse may also be needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks experience
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or similar office bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using Office 365, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to organize invoices, receipts, purchase orders, packing slips, job records, and vendor/customer information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through on open items
- Reliable attendance and consistent weekday availability
- Ability to work on site in the Dayton-area office
- Ability to support warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, inventory) as needed
- Ability to travel locally for post office and bank deposit as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online experience
- Purchasing or vendor management experience
- Inventory, warehouse, logistics, or materials tracking experience
- Billing, job costing, work order, or project bookkeeping experience
- Bills of material / BOM experience
- Commercial electrical, construction, contractor, service company, manufacturing, or trades experience
- SharePoint, QuickBase, and Office 365 experience
