WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We’re seeking an AV Enterprise Production technician with a focus on streaming to provide event and broadcast support to the client in collaboration with their in-house team. This position is responsible for providing seamless end-to-end event production support, which will include technical planning, equipment set up, operation and tear-down to support in room, video conferencing and streaming efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standard cloud streaming products, a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technology, and an excellent customer facing manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate and manage AV production equipment including Yamaha Audio Consoles, production video switchers, Panasonic PTZ cameras, Shure ULXD wireless microphone systems, and lighting systems via ETC Mosaic and ETC Road Hog

Provide end-to-end technical support for internal meetings, company All Hands, and externally hosted events

Run and moderate Zoom Webinars and Zoom Meetings, ensuring seamless hybrid and virtual event experiences for remote attendees

Troubleshoot live audio and video issues in real time, diagnosing and resolving problems quickly to minimize disruption during events

Test and troubleshoot MacOS and Windows devices to ensure compatible and reliable connectivity with event production systems

Collaborate with a team of event technicians to plan, set up, execute, and strike events of varying scale and complexity

Perform pre-event equipment checks, signal testing, and rehearsals to ensure all systems are functioning properly

Maintain, inventory, and organize AV and lighting equipment, escalating maintenance or repair needs as appropriate

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, workflows, and event formats as the team and company evolve

Communicate clearly and proactively with event stakeholders, producers, and presenters before, during, and after events

Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, demonstrating accountability and a self-starter mindset in a fast-paced environment

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and event presenters

A self-motivated, accountable approach to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

A continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and evolve alongside new technologies and workflows

Creative and methodical problem-solving skills when diagnosing and resolving technical issues in real time

Hands-on experience with Yamaha Audio Consoles, Panasonic camera systems, and production video switching equipment

Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure

Comfort working both collaboratively within a team and independently when needed

Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment, AV integration, and on-site maintenance work
