Job Description for Cafe Expert:

In the capacity of a Starbucks Cafe Expert, your key duty will involve delivering the Starbucks Experience through exceptional customer service and expertly crafted offerings.   • Uphold store protocols and expectations, guaranteeing the provision of quality beverages and food offerings, managing cash transactions, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable adjustments
  • Engage customers through positive and transparent communication to comprehend their needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Generate food and drinks based on standard or personalized instructions
  • Conduct a wide array of duties within the store in each shift
  • Capability for quick learning and skill acquisition
  • Proficiency in grasping and carrying out verbal and written guidance, along with a willingness to seek additional explanations when necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills
