Electrical Assembly Associate

Pay: $17.00–$21.00 per hour

We are looking for dependable and motivated Electrical Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble electrical devices, cut cables, and build products according to specifications while helping ensure high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical devices and cut cables using hand and power tools.
• Build products according to drawings, work instructions, and schematics.
• Verify assembled products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist production staff in other areas as needed to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or related assembly/quality experience.
• 0–1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and schematics.
• Basic experience using hand and power tools.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and more than 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
