Vocational Counselor

Horizon is looking for a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor to join our team! The Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) is a full-time position responsible for delivering individualized and group vocational counseling services to individuals with substance use disorders. The VRC supports patients in achieving employment goals as part of their recovery journey, utilizing evidence-based practices and person-centered approaches. Services are delivered in-person and via telehealth to accommodate diverse patient needs across Erie and Niagara County.
