Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer enquiries from Dutch-speaking clients regarding energy products, services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat channels.
Assist customers with questions related to their energy contracts, tariff structures, and consumption data, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to energy supply, meter readings, payment plans, and service disruptions in a calm, efficient, and customer-focused manner.
Guide customers through energy-saving options, green energy products, and sustainable tariff transitions in line with Eneco's environmental mission.
Accurately log all customer interactions, updates, and case resolutions within the company's CRM system, maintaining meticulous records at all times.
