Schedule: 4x10 Days (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Weekly Pay: Up to $1,440/week (1099) or $1,360/week (W2 + Stipend)

Compensation

Travelers (W2 + Stipend)

• Up to $1,360/week
• Blended Rate: $34.00/hr
• Taxable Pay: $680/week
• Non-Taxable Stipend: $680/week

Travelers (1099)

• Up to $1,440/week
• $36.00/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) for a busy Pediatric Outpatient Clinic in Seattle, WA. This 26-week travel assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends or on-call requirements. You'll support providers by delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Requirements

• Active Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) credential (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
• BLS Certification
• Experience with immunizations, venipuncture, specimen collection, and vital signs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Epic experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Record patient history, medications, and allergies
• Administer immunizations and TB tests
• Collect and label specimens, including venipuncture, throat, and urine samples
• Assist with nebulizer treatments and minor procedures
• Perform blood glucose testing
• Handle telephone triage, refill requests, and follow-up calls
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide excellent patient care
