General Production Worker – Summary
Pay & Start

Role Overview
- Hands-on manufacturing role building window products
- Work in assembly, material handling, and fabrication
- Fast-paced, team-based environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble window components on production lines
- Use basic hand/power tools and tape measures
- Load materials, cut parts, and operate machines
- Pick orders and supply production lines
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools
- Rotate between stations as needed
- Meet production goals in a high-speed environment
- Follow safety rules and maintain clean workspace
Requirements
- General labor, assembly, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to use tools and read measurements
- Lift up to 60 lbs and stand for full shifts
- Comfortable with repetitive, physical work
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Willing to learn equipment (forklifts, machines)
Preferred
- Mechanical assembly or construction experience.
- Blueprint reading
- Forklift or material handling experience
- Quality inspection experience
Work Environment
- Large manufacturing facility (not climate controlled)
- Can get hot; fans and hydration provided
- Structured schedule with production targets
- Work around machinery and equipment

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Bayport, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.81 - $24.70/hr.
