About Pair Team
Pair Team is a public benefit company reimagining care for the safety net. As an AI-enabled medical group for Medicaid and Medicare, we deliver medical, behavioral, and social care by integrating shelters, pantries and other community-based organizations into our whole-person model. As California’s largest complex care provider, we’ve proven our impact to reduce avoidable emergency care, including a 52% and 26% reduction in ER visits and hospitalizations respectively. Once scaled nationally, our approach would save tax payers $150B per year.
With our years of experience and vast data collected, we are now building an AI platform that embeds social work agents across the safety net to truly unify our fragmented healthcare and welfare system. By scaling our country’s frontline medical and social services workforce, we aim to bring high-touch care to everyone.
At Pair Team, we’re not just delivering care—we’re transforming it. We’re building a future where high-touch, community-driven care is accessible to everyone, especially the most underserved.

About the Opportunity
As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our small but high-impact Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in building the teams that deliver care to our members every day—hiring the clinicians, care teams, and operational leaders who directly impact patient outcomes. We're looking for a recruiter with deep healthcare and clinical recruiting experience who can also flex into corporate hiring as business needs evolve.
Because we're a lean team, you'll have broad ownership, visibility, and influence. One day you may be helping hire a Care Manager or Community Health Worker, and the next partnering on a Regional General Manager, Operations, or other strategic corporate hire. You'll work closely with leaders across the organization, helping shape hiring strategy while building the teams that power our growth.
This is an opportunity to grow alongside the business, expand your recruiting scope, and help build a world-class talent function from the ground up.
This is a fully remote position reporting to the Head of People.

Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for quality, speed, and stakeholder communication
Use recruiting data and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and inform hiring strategy
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices
Strengthen Pair Team's employer brand by serving as an ambassador for our mission and culture throughout the hiring process
