Executive Assistant to Founder | Real Estate & Business Operations
Location: Houston, TX (In-Person)
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually

About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive Executive Assistant to support a growing entrepreneur, real estate investor, and business owner.
This is not a traditional administrative position.
We value ownership, reliability, and professionalism. While this role is primarily Monday–Friday, there will occasionally be situations that require flexibility outside of normal business hours.
We are not looking for someone who is simply searching for their next job. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive individual who wants to become a long-term trusted partner.

ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage calendar and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Screen and prioritize communications
- Prepare daily and weekly priority reports
- Track important deadlines and follow-ups
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
Financial & Administrative Management
- Monitor due dates and account activity
- Organize financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with accountants, attorneys, bankers, and insurance professionals
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with recurring bill management and payment tracking
Real Estate & Business Operations
- Track active acquisitions and development projects
- Coordinate with brokers, lenders, title companies, attorneys, contractors, and vendors
- Maintain deal pipelines and transaction records
- Assist with due diligence and document collection
- Track property-related deadlines and obligations
- Help organize business operations and ongoing projects
Personal & Executive Operations
- Manage personal and business calendars, appointments, and priorities
- Maintain organization across all ongoing projects and commitments
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and professional advisors
- Build systems and processes that increase efficiency and reduce stress
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

QualificationsRequired
- 2+ years of experience supporting executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, or professionals
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Self-starter who can work independently
Preferred
- Real estate experience
- Project management experience
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs or high-net-worth individuals
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
