About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can move across brand, digital, packaging, and retail without missing a beat. This role reports to the Design Lead and sits at the conceptual end of the spectrum: you're not just executing a locked brief, you're proposing multiple directions, defending your choices, and helping shape what the work becomes before it's finalized.
You'll work across a wide range of touchpoints in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and timelines are tight. The right person treats that as energizing, not stressful, and brings sharp design chops, real attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to every project.
Key Responsibilities
Design across brand, digital, packaging, and retail/in-store, often within the same week
Generate multiple conceptual directions for a single brief and present them with clear rationale
Partner closely with the Design Lead to push ideas further before they go to final
Maintain visual and typographic consistency across a wide variety of formats and channels
Move quickly between projects without losing craft or attention to detail
Take feedback and iterate fast, sometimes same-day
Spot issues and opportunities before being asked, and bring solutions, not just questions
