Guest Support Representative

Job Summary:

At Starbucks, the Guest Support Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced, welcoming coffee shop environment. This position involves preparing beverages, assisting guests, and ensuring smooth workflow across the store. The role focuses on maintaining service excellence, product quality, and a clean, inviting atmosphere for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold beverages following company recipes and quality standards.
• Accurately take customer orders and process cash and card transactions at the register.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized guest support.
• Prepare food items while following established food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and customer areas.
• Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies throughout shifts as needed.
• Assist with drive-thru operations when applicable.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
