Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and unloading materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Approximately 90% of the role is dedicated to warehouse operations, with occasional deliveries to customers using a company box truck as needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

A valid Class D driver's license with F endorsement and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling procedures
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records
  • Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members
  • Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid DL Class D with F endorsement and a clean driving record (required)
  • Ability to safely operate box trucks and straight trucks (Not a Residential Rental Truck)
  • Forklift experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics environments preferred
