Job description

We are seeking to hire a Receptionist for our operation in Anaheim, Ca

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Providing excellent customer service by communicating with clients and their representatives/contractors. (face to face, email, phone)
  • Helping customers with order pick up process

-Supporting Sales (sending info requested to clients and to sales)

  • Data entry

-Ensure orders are built on time and available for customer pick ups by Communicating with warehouse

-Keeping Showroom clean, tidy and up to date with all in stock items

-Purchasing Office Supplies The ideal candidate should have the following :

Previous reception or front desk experience

Previous experience or exposure to the flooring and tile industry.

Good working knowledge of commonly used pc applications such as Microsoft office (Excel and word) and data entry (experience with quickbooks online is an asset)

Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking (this is a must as you are usually doing multiple things at once)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic and Spanish knowledge is an asset)

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to accept constructive criticism

Willingness to learn

Strong time-management skills and awareness of critical deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
