About the Role:
This is a traveling position supporting clients in-homes, in-schools, and community settings across Los Angeles County, with occasional time at our San Dimas clinic.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support BTs/RBTs
Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
Develop and update treatment plans
Monitor client progress and analyze data
Provide parent training and support
Collaborate with clinical team
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in ABA or related field (preferred)
Bachelors Degree with proof of enrollment in Master's Program (acceptable)
BCaBA, or pursuing BCBA
2+ years of ABA experience (preferred)
Reliable transportation + willingness to travel
Strong communication and organization skills
Ideal Candidate:
