Job Description
- Manage projects end-to-end, including budgets and schedules
- Lead project planning using Microsoft Project and construction tools
- Oversee estimating and cost control responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Travel to job sites 3-4 times per month as needed

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-7+ years in GC project management
- Experience with ground-up and renovation/TI projects
- Background in retail, office, or hospitality projects
- Strong estimating and financial management skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
