Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Washington, DC .

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm; Saturdays as assigned

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Process billing information and collect payments when required

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

1 year or more of phlebotomy experience

In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency may meet requirements

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Exceptional customer service

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Travel to additional sites as needed, reliable transportation

Pay Range: $17.75 - $26.00 per hour

Vaccination Requirement: This position requires you to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Subject to applicable law, all prospective hires will need to provide proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or qualify for medical or religious accommodations.

PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
