Senior Accountant

What’s the job? - Prepare and review monthly journal entries and consolidations - Lead month-end close processes and financial analyses - Compile reports for management, directors and regulatory bodies - Analyze account balances and maintain supporting documentation - Support equity method accounting and partnership accounting - Monitor sales activity, pricing and financial trends - Reconcile intercompany transactions - Present insights to leadership and cross-functional teams - Identify and implement process improvements What’s needed? - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - Active CPA required - 3+ years of accounting experience - Strong understanding of accounting principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel-heavy) - SAP experience preferred - Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities - Strong communication and analytical skills Key Details - Compensation: $105,000 base and eligible to earn a 5% bonus - Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision - Location: Northbrook, IL - Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Ready to step into a high-impact Senior Accountant role?
