Recruiter 2

To support high-volume recruiting efforts, the fully remote Recruiter 2 will source candidates for entry-level security and technical roles, build talent pipelines, and manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting lifecycle on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Source and identify candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn and ATS platforms Build and maintain talent pipelines for early-career security and technical talent Screen and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications and alignment with role requirements Required qualifications 2-4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience Experience in high-volume recruiting environments, particularly for cybersecurity or related roles Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline generation experience Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools Experience managing recruiting workflows from sourcing through candidate progression
