Responsibilities:
- Manages full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, class-based hiring across entry-level roles, executing against structured hiring plans with defined start dates
- Drives a consistent, efficient, and high-quality candidate and hiring leader experience through disciplined process management, proactive communication, and operational rigor
- Builds and maintains multi-class candidate pipelines, leveraging data and forecasting to align hiring supply with demand
- Demonstrates strong desk management and self-organization, balancing multiple hiring classes simultaneously while meeting deadlines and service level expectations
- Identifies and elevates hiring risks proactively and quickly, partnering with leaders to adjust strategies and ensure class fill success
- Applies foundational sourcing strategies and utilizes recruiting systems and metrics to monitor pipeline health, hiring progress, and class readiness
- Manages full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, class-based hiring from intake through offer and onboarding coordination
- Partners with hiring leaders to support strategic workforce planning, including class sizing, hiring timelines, and pipeline targets
- Builds and maintains forward-looking, class-based pipelines to ensure readiness for upcoming start dates
- Executes sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS to support continuous pipeline generation
- Screens candidates using structured criteria to assess qualifications, class alignment, and start-date availability
- Delivers a consistent and responsive candidate experience through timely updates, status transparency, and clear expectations
- Coordinates interviews and pre-hire activities, ensuring efficient, high-volume scheduling and seamless execution* 2+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with high-volume, class based hiring
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume, class-based hiring environment, managing multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines
- Experience supporting and executing against structured hiring plans or cohort/class hiring models
- Demonstrated organizational and desk management skills, with the ability to independently prioritize workload and maintain pipeline momentum
- Demonstrated ability to consult with hiring leaders, providing data-driven recommendations and guiding hiring strategies to achieve class-based hiring goals
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and escalate hiring risks quickly, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Experience using ATS or similar systems to manage workflows, track activity, and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience using Workday, Eightfold, or similar talent acquisition platforms for sourcing, pipeline management, and reporting
- Experience in leveraging data insights, market intelligence, and talent trends to inform recruiting strategies and decisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to process accuracy and compliance
