• To receive leads from Perch, we do require that agents are fully available during normal weekday and Saturday business hours when apartment properties are open. Do you understand that this is not a "part-time" opportunity?
• Provide your TREC License # (required) and tell us what interests you in Apartment Locating with Perch.
• Though we do allow "Sending", we ask that our agents Tour ("Escort") with customers as often as possible to earn top commissions. Are you located in the Dallas market, and willing and able to travel to meet with customers to conduct property tours as needed?
• This is a 100% commission-based role. Are you prepared to financially support yourself for 60-90 days while awaiting your first commissions?
• How many (an estimate is acceptable) Apartment Leases have you helped clients sign in the past 12 months?
