Special Event EMT

Excellent Pay : $25.00 Per Hour

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT). One of our clients is holding a large event in Las Vegas throughout July.

You must have your Nevada EMT license with your valid CPR card.

As an Special Event EMT, you will play a crucial role in providing emergency medical care to patients in need. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position that requires strong medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. United Event Medical Services provides on-site medical call for patients attending a variety of events.

It is preferrable that an candidate has experience providing care in a sport event setting. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties:

• Respond to emergency calls and provide on-site medical assistance
• Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate medical treatment
• Conduct physical examinations and gather patient medical history
• Utilize anatomy knowledge to identify injuries or illnesses
• Use triage techniques to prioritize patient care
• Safely transport patients to the hospital or other medical facilities
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of patients when necessary

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience as an EMT or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
• Ability to work well in high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure
