Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Educate customers on banking products and services to help them make informed financial decisions.
Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions and records.
Act as a brand ambassador for Fifth Third Bank, representing the values and mission of the company to customers and the community.
