As a Starbucks Beverage Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Starbucks Experience by providing outstanding service and expertly crafting a variety of offerings. Basic Qualifications:

• Prior experience is not a requirement

• Observe store procedures and benchmarks, including serving quality beverages and food products, handling cash transactions, and securing the store, with or without necessary accommodations

• Prepare meals and beverages by following standard or tailored guidelines
• Manage a variety of tasks within the store throughout your scheduled work period
• Ability to swiftly absorb and apply new information and abilities
• Skilled in the interpretation and execution of both oral and written instructions, including the ability to ask for clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
