Landscape Installation Foreman

Job description:

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on assigned job sites to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Execute comprehensive landscape construction work, including grading, planting, hardscape installation, irrigation, and drainage.
• Review project plans, layouts, and specifications prior to starting work to ensure accuracy and alignment with client vision.
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members to maximize productivity.
• Monitor production, workmanship, and job progress throughout the day to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain job site safety and strictly enforce company safety policies to protect the team and property.
• Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs to the Project Manager.

Requirements

• 10+ years of landscape construction or installation experience preferred.
• Prior experience leading crews or acting as a lead installer is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and understand landscape plans and layouts.
• Basic understanding of equipment operation and job site safety protocols.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
