Position Title: PM Front Desk Agent
Property: Holiday Inn Express Denver Central North
Location: Denver, CO (Central Area)
Schedule: 2:00 PM Shift | Weekends Required
Compensation: Competitive, Based on Experience
Position Overview
The PM Front Desk Agent is responsible for overseeing afternoon front-desk operations and delivering strong, consistent guest service. This is a hands-on position requiring confidence, accountability, and the ability to manage both guest needs and property operations during peak check-in hours.
Front Desk Operations
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
- Provide professional and friendly guest service at all times
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Operations & Performance Focus
- Monitor daily arrivals, departures, and room availability
- Help maintain minimal out-of-order rooms
- Support sellout strategy and maximize occupancy
- Ensure smooth shift transitions with PM and Night Audit teams
