NOW HIRING – Sales Representative / Landscape Designer

We are looking for a driven and creative Sales Representative / Landscape Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with residential homeowners, design outdoor spaces, and sell landscaping and hardscaping projects that transform backyards into functional and beautiful living environments.

• 💰 This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with residential clients at their homes to evaluate outdoor spaces
• Create and present landscape design proposals (softscape & hardscape)
• Sell landscaping projects from consultation to signed contract
• Maintain strong client relationships and generate referrals
• Follow up on leads and manage your sales pipeline
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure project execution
• Stay current on design trends, materials, and product offerings.

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping/ landscape design, construction, or related field
• Strong knowledge of softscaping (plants, turf, irrigation) and hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, outdoor structures)
• Demonstrated ability to sell — experience in home improvement, construction, or outdoor living sales preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to read a yard, sketch or communicate design ideas clearly to clients
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preffered qualifications:

• Experience with pool design, pool sales, or swimming pool project coordination
• Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., DynaSCAPE, Land F/X, SketchUp, Lumion, VIP3D, or similar)
• Familiarity with local permitting processes for hardscape and pool installations
