Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Virtual Assistant to support our team. This is a fully remote position that requires someone who can handle various ad-hoc tasks, help make sure our website and features are working smoothly, manage occasional phone communications, and provide administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to jump into different tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as they arise

Help test our website and features to confirm everything works as intended, exploring pages, forms, links, and workflows the way a typical user would

Flag and clearly report any bugs, glitches, or unexpected behavior, including the steps to reproduce them

Re-check items after fixes are made to confirm issues have been resolved

Keep simple records or checklists of what has been reviewed and tested

Assist with time-sensitive requests and last-minute tasks

Maintain organized records and documentation

Communicate effectively with the team despite time zone differences

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and new assignments
