Requirements:

• Our line cooks will have at least one year of high volume, scratch kitchen line cooking.
• As a Line cook you must have the ability or learn to run pantry, sauté, grill, middle and expo at our table service restaurants with a passion for fine food
• Dependable, efficient, friendly, hard-working and ready to learn attitude is required.

Responsibilities:

• As a line cook you will report to the executive and sous chef, work with a team of 5-8 culinary professionals and 20-25 service team members.
• Shared and specific responsibilities include cooking consistent menu items to order, prepping, station opening, stocking and closing, working clean, and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• This position is one that will rotate through all stations, work with specials and seasonal foods, cook and prepare Tuscan/American, small plate and Steak menu items and special occasion menu items and have the ability to grow into management roles.
• This is an hourly full-time position with benefits, and team members work on average 30-40 hours/week with scheduled back-to-back days off. Reliable transportation required

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
