Key Account Manager — Bay Area

This organization partners with some of the most recognized names in the technology space and is expanding its commercial presence in the Bay Area.

Role Overview We are seeking a driven and technically fluent Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts in the Bay Area. This individual will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for strategic customers in the semiconductor and advanced technology sectors, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at major semiconductor and technology OEM accounts
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Collaborate with internal technical and application teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Track pipeline activity and forecast accurately using CRM tools
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and customer events

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in vacuum technology, semiconductor capital equipment, instrumentation, or a related technical field
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a technical sales environment
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor ecosystem and major OEM/end-user dynamics in the Bay Area
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related field preferred

Location: Bay Area, CA Compensation: Competitive base salary + Bonus + full benefits
