Basic Qualifications:

• There is no necessity for previous experience
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and timeliness, with or without reasonable adjustments
• Flexible availability for work hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Observe store procedures and benchmarks, including serving quality beverages and food products, handling cash transactions, and securing the store, with or without necessary accommodations
• Communicate with customers in a clear and amiable manner to engage with them and identify their requirements
• Cook and mix ingredients to create dishes and beverages to standard or customized recipes
• Conduct a wide array of duties within the store in each shift
• Ability to swiftly absorb and apply new information and abilities
• Demonstrating proficiency in understanding and implementing both spoken and written instructions while showing a readiness to seek clarification when uncertainties arise
• Strong interpersonal skills
