Accountable for understanding and developing relationships with customer business units and hiring

manager communities based on strategic agendas and business imperatives (as opposed to delivery

of transactional/operational/functional requirements). Successful creation and delivery of a customer

engagement map in accordance with the goals of the client KAM plan.
