We are hiring experienced outbound call centre agents to book qualified appointments for a US-based payment solutions company. You will be on the phones daily, calling business owners across the US, sparking interest, and setting appointments for the closing team. This is a high-volume, target-driven seat built for someone who thrives on the dialer and loves the chase.
If you have run US or UK campaigns from a call centre or BPO floor and you can hold a confident, natural conversation with a business owner, this is for you.
What you will do
Make high-volume outbound calls to US business owners and decision makers
Open the conversation, build rapport fast, and create interest in the product
Handle objections calmly and keep the prospect on the line
Book qualified appointments and hand them off to the closing team
Follow up by call and email so no lead slips through
Keep your pipeline and notes clean and up to date in the CRM
Hit and exceed daily and weekly appointment targets
