Account Manager – Multi-Family Construction

Ally Construction is seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in multi-family construction, particularly in sales, who thrives on building relationships and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, and developers in the multi-family sector
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Manage client accounts from initial contact through project completion
- Travel to job sites and client properties as needed to support projects and maintain relationships
- Regularly report to the office for meetings, coordination, and team collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Assist with project coordination and oversight (project management experience is a plus)
Qualifications
- 7–8+ years of experience in the multi-family construction industry (required)
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and client expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Project management experience is a plus
