Lead Hardscape Installer / Foreman

I’m looking for an experienced hardscape foreman specializing in paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and property transformations throughout Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardscape installation experience
• Must be able to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Ability to lead and manage a small crew of up to three team members
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles when needed
• Experience with site grading and excavation, base preparation and compaction, paver patio installation, retaining wall systems, outdoor living projects, and power washing and surface restoration
• Fluency in Spanish is required; basic English communication is a plus, but not required

Location: Southeast Michigan

Pay: $20.00 - $120.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
