We're hiring a Weekend Client Support Specialist to ensure our clients and tutors receive timely support outside of normal business hours. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys talking with people and wants to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.
Location Requirement: This position is open only to candidates currently residing in South America. Compensation is based on the local market where the employee resides.
Schedule
Saturday: Any 6-hour shift between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET
Sunday: Any 6-hour shift between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET
12 hours per week
Fully remote
What You'll Do
Your role is to keep things moving over the weekend while delivering a great experience for our families and tutors.
Responsibilities include:
Answer inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and support tickets.
Assist parents, students, and tutors with routine questions and requests.
Process straightforward account requests, including tutoring restarts, package upgrades, scheduling requests, and other administrative tasks.
Capture revenue opportunities by helping families restart or continue tutoring services.
Respond quickly and professionally so every customer knows they've been heard.
Document conversations clearly and accurately in our systems.
Escalate more complex issues to the weekday team with detailed notes and appropriate context
