Make an impact as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students (Kindergarten through 4th grade) in a vibrant school setting near Denver, CO. In this contract role, you’ll work with a caseload of 33 students, utilizing your expertise to help children develop essential communication skills that will shape their future success. Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Active CDE license for Colorado is required
  • Relevant experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
  • Ability to work effectively with children in grades K-4 and manage a caseload of diverse communication needs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Passion for fostering a supportive and positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in a school-based setting
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, special educators, administrators, and families to promote student progress
  • Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Contribute to school-based teams and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Offer teletherapy services when appropriate
