Truck Driver Class A CDL - Regional Home Every Weekend

JL Rothrock is seeking safe, dependable CDL-A drivers to run regional routes throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Join a family-owned company with over 75 years of experience and earn strong pay while getting home on weekends.

Position Details

• Regional routes (Southeast & Mid-Atlantic)
• Transporting household goods via dry van
• Home weekends
• No-touch freight (optional driver assist available for extra pay)

Pay & Bonuses

• $0.62 CPM
• Average annual earnings: $70,000 – $90,000+
• $2,000 safety bonus
• $3,000 referral bonus
• Detention pay, layover pay, and per diem
• DOT inspection bonus
• Orientation and holiday pay

Driver Assist Incentives:

• Earn $100 extra per load
• Earn $30 per stop
• Average 8–15 stops per route
• Up to $500 extra per week

Equipment

• 2023 or newer Mack, Peterbilt, and Kenworth trucks
• 53' dry van trailers
• Assigned trucks (no slip seating)
• APU systems
• In-cab TV, microwave, refrigerator, and closet
• 24/7 dispatch and roadside assistance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Safe driving record
