OTR Drivers only!!! We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, tankers, and refrigerated trailers. This role requires a commitment to delivering goods on time while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate trucks on designated routes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Load and unload cargo, securing it properly for transport.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Utilize forklifts or roll-off trucks as needed for loading and unloading tasks.

Skills

• Proven experience in route driving with a strong understanding of commercial driving practices.
• Proficient in operating tractor-trailers, tankers, and refrigerated trailers.
• Ability to load and unload cargo efficiently while ensuring safety standards are met.
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
