Position Overview

Sales Associates play a key role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience and achieving store objectives in both operations and sales.

• Offer excellent customer support and assist with sales activities
• Guide customers in choosing eyewear based on individual needs, preferences, prescription, and spending limit
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, provide instructions on lens use when allowed
• Advise customers on proper care of eyewear and contact lenses
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer and patient records
• Keep customers informed about order status and manage incoming phone calls
• Ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and appealing
• Support inventory management and help prevent loss
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

All stores are closed on Sundays, giving every team member that day off each week.

Required Qualifications

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
