About the Role

Eleven Contemporary Kitchen is seeking a Line Cook to help execute a seasonal menu built around exceptional ingredients, consistency, and attention to detail.

This is a hands-on position working alongside the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team in a restaurant recognized for its commitment to quality, professionalism, and guest experience. You'll prepare menu items to established standards, maintain an organized station, and support smooth service during busy dinner and brunch shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Set up and maintain assigned stations
  • Execute food preparation and service responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Communicate effectively with BOH leadership and teammates
  • Assist with product rotation and inventory organization
  • Support kitchen operations during peak service periods
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of line cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • Fine dining experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to follow written recipes and instructions
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
