Production Manager I

TekniPlex is hiring a Production Manager for our facility located in Madison, WI. This position is responsible for leading safe, efficient, and consistent manufacturing operations within the plant. This role directly supervises the 1st shift production team while providing leadership, direction, and accountability to off-shift supervisors to ensure alignment across all shifts. Ongoing focus areas will include: Continuous improvement, project management and Lean Management Operating System (MOS) - implementation and sustainment. The salary range for this role is $93,000 to $128,000 annually. Pay is based on experience.
