Program Coordinator I, II - Family Wellness Warriors

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Program Coordinator positions within the Primary Care Service Division may support a variety of program areas, including Primary Care Clinics, Health Education, Family Wellness Warriors, and various Community Based Programs. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of a project or grant with a predetermined end date and for performing a variety of high-level office support functions.

This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle increasingly complex and responsible assignments.
